Noting that the Kingdom of Bohemia is not, has not, and will not ever divide or attempt to divide its Electoral dignity;

Noting that the alleged division of the Electoral dignity was the basis of the proposal in the Diet of Nürnburg of the Bishop of Lübeck;

Noting that the Bishop of Lübeck's proposal seeks to bring about an aim of the treasonous and heretical Hussite rebellion;

Noting that the Diet of Nürnburg lacks any jurisdiction to interfere in the sovereign internal affairs of the Kingdom of Bohemia;

Therefore the Kingdom of Bohemia hereby rejects the Bishop of Lübeck's unlawful proposal of the Diet of Nürnburg and will not accede to its terms.
