With a series of decisive victories, the glorious armies of Frederick I, King of Aragon, Valencia, Majorca, and Sardinia; Prince of Catalonia and Achaea; Duke of Athens and Neopatras, etc., etc., have crushed the craven forces of the perfidious Castilians and their upstart pretender, Ferdinand of Antequera.

In the spirit of Christian generosity towards an honourable and Catholic opponent, Frederick I, King of Aragon, etc., etc., hereby offers peace to Ferdinand of Antequera, with the following terms:

• Frederick I of Ardennes–Metz is confirmed and recognized as King of the lands of the Crown of Aragon, with all attendant titles, honours, and powers, by Ferdinand of Antequera, by the Crown of Castile, and by all other involved parties.

• Frederick I's legitimate heirs and successors are confirmed and recognized as the heirs and successors to the Crown of Aragon and all its attendant titles, honours, and powers by all involved parties.

• Ferdinand of Antequera renounces all claims to the lands and titles of the Crown of Aragon.

• Ferdinand of Antequera is granted the Dukedom of Huesca, a noble title and accompanying feudal estate in the Kingdom of Aragon, hereditary by male-preference primogeniture. Attached to and hereditary with the Dukedom of Huesca shall be the rank and dignity of Grandee of Aragon.

• Ferdinand of Antequera is appointed to the royal office of Master of the Horse and of the Hunt of Aragon and is granted a seat on the royal council of Aragon.

• A state of peace is to be restored between the Crown of Aragon and the Crown of Castile, and between all of their respective allies.

• A general amnesty is to be granted to all lords, knights, and freemen which fought on all sides of the conflict, provided that they accept and accede to the terms of this treaty.
