It has come to our attention that our alleged Emperor, Wenceslaus of Bohemia, is no true Christian Emperor of us. He has hired a known excommunicated schismatic and general madman, one Louis Beetle, as his Chancellor and chief advisor, and has refused to fire him and refused to offer any explanation for his continued employment. Wenceslaus has further joined the unlawful Deventer Compact, an evil conspiracy of jealous, excommunicated schismatic princes who have threatened war against a fellow Imperial state, and have demanded infringements on the rights of its princes.

Wenceslaus has also abandoned his former Christian name, Charles IV, in favour of the pagan moniker by which he is now commonly known. He has supported avowed monopolists in their efforts to stifle Imperial prosperity, has supported sinful acts suborn the Papacy to secular powers, and has repeatedly mentioned his sinful and disgusting desire to consummate an illicit relationship with his underage daughter.

This Wenceslaus is insane, a sinner, a friend of heretics and schismatic, a danger to Imperial peace, and enemy of the rights of the princes, a destroyer of prosperity for his subjects, and an all-around enemy of this Empire and of all Chtistendom!

The Duchies of Lorraine and Bar hereby condemn and denounce this false "Emperor", his cronies, and his acts against Christ and this Empire!

We hereby call upon all legitimate and righteous states of the Empire to join in our condemnation and denunciation of this enemy of the Empire!
