The penalty for violation of this righteous and lawful travel ban is decreed to be the death of the perpetrator, the forfeiture of any and all of the perpetrator's lands, estates, titles, offices, and possessions, and a fine not less than ¥4.20*10⁶⁹ , payable by the perpetrator's heir, spouse, next of kin, or other surviving familial relations.
