A collection of stuff happening in Liege-Trier:

• Fukda d'Anish, the glorious and efficient leader of Liege-Trier, fell in combat aiding the French in a successful siege of Aachen. The capital of the Frankish empire under Charlemagne himself, the capture will be a massive blow to the Netherlands. Fukda's passing will surely shock and upset many of you, but do not cry too much, as the crown passes to the capable hands of his son, Sendovda.

• The Palatinate foolishly feels like they're relevant in this world. I guess attacking an empire as powerful and efficient as mine makes them feel strong. You are not. There will never be peace between us. Next time, use your fucking brain and start a war you're sure you can finish.

• I never wished to continue the war with Brabant, but unfortunately several complications involving the Arles Crisis brought Bavaria in a war against France, which brought Liege-Trier in the war on France's side and the Netherlands in the war on Bavaria's side. Peace will be attempted to attain.

• I firmly believe Venice killed the Pope. Before Fukda died he informed his highly intelligent son who's definitely not inbred to denounce and then attack Venice if they fail to provide concrete evidence.

• Sendovda marries his sister, Gasda, in order to keep the d'Anish dynasty pure and foreigner-free.

• However, for the enemies of Liege-Trier, Fukda's bastard son, Vyuso, is secretly attempting to claim the throne for himself on the grounds that he'd make a far more capable ruler than his brother. Anyone wishing to aid him in the war can PM me about their involvement (I'm not a dirty metagamer, I promise. I will be communicating as Vyuso, and Sendovda, having a slight lack of intelligence, will not be aware of the plot).

• Sendovda is willing to promote a local cardinal to become the next Pope, declaring his candidacy in the next gathering of the Magisterium.
