Austria's policy of 'No Taxes' on anyone isn't as dandy as they make it out to be. With less money and strength, strength that'll be kept in individual states, how will Austria deal with the actual problem plaguing the HRE; internal war.

What Bavaria has made the mistake of is to put their taxes into their own pocket. This is unacceptable behaviour, and look where this corruption has gotten us - the warmongers tearing at each others throats, granted I probably got out of the chopping block due to how much of an efficient leader I am.

What this money must go into is a permanent HRE army, one that can respond to conflict and force aggressors to stand down. That way, our hard-earned money will go into our protection, not to fund a greedy emperor in southern Germany's jousting tournament. Finally our wives can go to bed in peace!

So, if you don't want a lawless, 'hey guys you'll have no tax' country, where no-one will protect you, feel free to vote Austria. If you want a secure and mentally-stable leader, Liege-Trier is the way to go.
