The Treaty of Almaty

The Zhou Dynasty of China and the Nation of Poland hereby agree to peace along the Ural Mountains Border. As such, this will signal an end to the hostilities between the Zhou Dynasty and Poland from now until the end of time. The following stipulations will be adhered to in any and all circumstances, lest either party faces being deemed an oathbreaker, with the reprecussions of war and denunciation:

1. The formerly Polish cities of Kaunus and Katowice will remain in the hands of the Zhou Dynasty. They will become permanent fixtures of the Zhou Dynasty, and cannot be turned over to Poland through war or subterfuge.

2. The Polish debt to the Constantinople Wetworks (1105 gold), will be transferred in its entirety to the Zhou Dynasty. It will be paid by any method Zhou deems necessary.

3. No Espionage actions will be conducted between the two parties. No Spy networks will be built in any cities of either nation.

4. The Ural Mountain Border will be demilitarized by both parties – should any incompetent general remilitarize the border, that general is to be reprimanded and the forces moved away ((OOC: Basically if the AI tries to move soldiers back there we’ll move them away again.))

5. No more hostile actions of any kind will be conducted by either of the two parties against eachother. Any hostile action can be tried in the International Court should either party desire.

The Indonesian Agreement

Following the Indonesian Crisis between the Burmese and Zhou Empires, this deal was arranged to ease tensions between the two nations:

1. The Burmese will retain the cities of Henzanda and Vesali.

2. Burma will transfer 500 gold to Zhou for recompense of these two cities.

3. Peace shall be retained between the new nations for the interim period of at most 2 parts.

4. A new treaty between Burma and Zhou will be drafted to replace the Treaty of Lhasa. This draft will be done by the Constantinople PeaceWorks. The sharing of the fee for drafting this new treaty will be arranged at a later date. Representatives from both Zhou and Burma will weigh in on the LawWorks process.

5. Upon the signature of the new treaty, the Treaty of Lhasa will be declared Null and Void.

Update: Clarified the Indonesian Agreement to specify that the old treaty is not declared null and void until after the new treaty is agreed upon between both Zhou and Burma and signed.
