Upon this most blessed day, in the light of Tian, the Jade Emperor, Sakerti, the Ascended Fathers, and varying other divine beings observed by the following parties, it is hereby known throughout the land that the Kingdom of Sumer and the Shang Empire have signed a Defensive Pact!
These two great nations of the East and the West do swear to defend eachother from outside attack, whether it be great or small. So all you pathetic puny nations can fuck right off.
I suppose some minor nobles are also wed, or something.
