To all the good fellows and countrymen of the Earth:

We've all heard recent rumor and allegation regarding the vampiric nature of the Bulgarian Premier. For too long, we have been unable to distinguish fact from fiction. So, in a joint meeting between the Ottoman and the Portuguese governments, we have resolved to found the Foundation of the Pursuit of Occult Studies.

This society will be built out of the masses of archaeologists that have languished in many nations around Europe. Who would be better suited to deciphering the ancient mysteries, discern the truth from the rumor, or the recover significant relics of our great cultures?

This will become a great era for Humanity to illuminate the supernatural. With the Foundation's headquarters in Istanbul, and an additional Western European office in Lisbon, archaeologists will be able to bring the truth out of myth and legend.

The Ottoman Government suggests that the Foundation of the Pursuit of Occult Studies start with investigating the Bulgarian Vampire controversy, and wishes it good luck as it uncovers the truth.
