The yob is building Haven's first 2.0 Embassy / Charity Center.
All that is required is that it look fine like a Docta Seuss rhyme, have some free (reinforced) beds, and free food for travelers. You would have the liberty to do whatever with the space provided by the fine folks in the Commonwealth.
I will message the cords to whomever seems the most interested in doing this yob.
