Given the situation with Orion, I would agree that the usage of our capital goods by the BK does amount to some degree to us aiding their crimes. Working in conjunction with my other suggestion here, I think we have some liability to aide Orion following the recent attacks as it was the result of out-of-date policy that isn't updated to 2.0 mechanics that the BK was able to gear up as well as they did with regard to XP production.

As such, I think in addition to limiting that policy, we should volunteer services to aide Orion in some way. Providing supplies for reinforcement, rebuilding, and light arms for their citizens would be well in-line, I'd say. As well, offering actual manpower from citizens to help speed up the recovery process would be a good move diplomatically for restoring relations with Orion.

They may question our charter and call for it to be repealed but I think to some extent they have a point, and we need to live up to our inability to have put policy in place ahead of time preventing these situations from occurring. I have exams beginning in three days, but come thursday evening I will return to help in these efforts personally - and I am hoping some of you will feel persuaded to join me.
