OLD NEWS:

For the last several months the Board of Directors has been mostly inactive with the exception of myself, thecriminalmind, and our new hire Yagils as Haven's Director of Zones.

I believe that it would be in Haven's best interest to move the Bastiats to Bastiats to official in absentia, non-acting postions on the Board and we hire replacements for the vacated postions. Also I will be moving teamnigel off of the Board of Directors on the grounds of dereliction of duty and I am giving him one week to counter this charge in this post before a full dismissal.

This leaves us with three open positions, one of which, Mr. Bastiat's position of CEO, will be split between the two eldest Board members thecriminalmind and myself.

The remaining two postions are those of the Director of Commerce and the Director of Security. The duties of the former is to monitor the shops district and to make sure each shop is kept up-to-date on prices and stock. The latter's duties involve securing Haven from all threats foreign and domestic. This includes watching the snitches for potential threats to Haven's security and dealing with those prisoners brought to Haven for reform or low security detention.
