This state is intended to be a really relaxed military and trade union of what would otherwise be fully independent tiny nations.
Nations may either spawn in our predefined borders and carve space out for themselves, or apply for annexation. Any subject state will be treated as a very autonomous partner to the COMN as a whole, however will be expected to provide defense assistance if required, and pay very small sums of building materials to construct the capital city. This capital city will be known as "Altraidia", and will be it's own small federal province where I, Elder shadedoom, live. It will be a small medieval village, intended only as our symbolic capital, and as a meeting place. We hope to provide a free place for all people of the server to do almost whatever they want inside of our borders, with very few laws (will be released later).
