Why I feel Medwedian Democratic Federation's Claim is Invalid

He has earlier claimed a quartely of the map, while being OMN, and only having a shack. When I claimed the area for Odova, I used the lastest map edition, and your claim wasn't on it. I thought you might've quit, so I went to make sure I was correct. I explored most of your claim (https://i.imgur.com/iKJDDB0.png), and I did not find a single sign of civilization, except for a tiny farm, which had no seed. So me and a friend settled, and now live here.
