UPDATE:

At the request of one of the candidates, the Ministry of Interior has begun investigating the possibility of fraudulent ballots having been cast in this election. Our preliminary investigation has uncovered five suspicious and possibly fraudulent ballots. We are in the process of contacting these alleged voters to determine these ballots' true status. In the meantime the Ministry is retracting the initial election results.

SECOND UPDATE:

Re-running the election without the five suspect ballots yields the same result: 1 seat each for the ADCP, the NARG, and the CFCPP. The Ministry's fraud investigation will continue, but the original election results will stand.

16 valid ballots have been submitted for the City of Aytos district, and 0 ballots for the territories. As a result the City of Aytos gets two local seats, and a third balancing seat is added based on party votes.

Local Seats:

Raw returns are Comped 8, Chefijames 5, MadeofMeat 2, Mrfishteh3rd 1.

Comped and CheifJames win the two City of Aytos seats.

National Returns/Balancing Seats:

Raw returns are ADCP 8, NARG 4, CFCPP 3, PAA 1.

After three runoff rounds, the result is 1 seat ADCP, 1 seat NARG, and 1 seat CFCPP. ADCP and NARG already have one local seat each, so the third parliament seat goes to MadeofMeat for the CFCPP.

Droop quota is (16 votes/(3 seats  1) 1 = 5 votes.
