The Aytos Federal Parliament has dissolved itself, following passage of an constitutional amendment which forces a minimum of three members in every parliament.

Now that parliament is dissolved, as Minister of Interior I am required to hold new elections within ten days. I will give people until Saturday to declare candidacy, and then the elections will be held during the 26th and 27th (Sunday and Monday).

As a result of the amendment, the number of local seats from the city of Aytos is still based on voter turnout with 1 local parliament seat per 9 voters, but now extra balancing seats will be added to bring the parliament to a minimum of three seats. So once again this election each citizen will have two ballots: a national ballot for ranking parties, and a local ballot for ranking individual candidates.

To run for parliament, you must join or create a party.

To create a party, post in this thread your name, your party's name, and an ordered list of the party's candidates.

To run as a candidate on the local ballot, post in this thread your name, and what party you are a member of.

We will probably only have one seat filled by the local race. If this happens, the two remaining seats will be filled from the party lists. However, if we happen to have a high turnout of 14 or more voters it will go the other way around, with two individual seats and one party list seat. Either way, if you are a candidate you should get on both ballots to maximize your chances: announce your individual candidacy and also make sure you are on a party list.
