Let it now be known and publicized that after a month of brutal and devastating civil war, the loyalist forces of the Aytos Federal Parliament have emerged victorious. We the Parliament now and hereby reassert supremacy over the city, territories, and colonies of Aytos. The various usurping governments of the First Consulate, the Egx Republic, the Fish Republic, the state of Karstenburg, and whatever Rykleos calls his thing, are each hereby ordered to lay down their arms and disband forthwith, under a guarantee of full amnesty and restoration of Aytos citizenship for all rebels and belligerents.

Also, we are pleased to announce that we have recently formed a parliamentary committee for constitutional reform, to be chaired by MP MadeofMeat. This committee has been tasked with the goal of amending the constitution's rules for Aytos elections so as to eliminate one-party rule and return the Parliament to its traditional multiple-member makeup. The committee will try to get this done next weekend. Once satisfactory rules have been implemented, the Parliament will dissolve in favor of new elections to be held within ten days of dissolution.
