Hello, your neighbourly Minister of Justice here

so in the 3 weeks or so of my appointment as minister of Justice I have produced the procedural law (or part of) of the Aytian Federal Republic, the procedural law basically maintains the procedure on how a crime can be processed as well as for all court procedures, but in our constitution, this is split into two, the judicial process is then become my jurisdiction and as such I have written the Court Procedure of the Aytian Federal Republic here

This is in no way perfect and may be changed or revised in the future. I suggest for anyone involved in Aytos to read this and be educated on how the court works in Aytos, this may look complicated at first, but basically all parties involved just to have to follow the Judge and answer to his posts in the court thread.

The court of Aytos is established in the Napoleonic way in which both parties present their case to the judge and the judge decides which is more reasonable, of course there are constraints laid out in a procedure on how a judge can decide the case, there is a minimum requirement for an evidence to be posted as well as the evidence have to be of certain quality or the defendant will be innocent of all charges.

The next would be the Justice Ministry subreddit found in /r/CivAytosJM inside you can read all about the activity of the ministry, I'm planning to use my week off here to finally establish the Office of the Notary in Aytos so that we can support businesses who might prefer some of their transactions to be safeguarded by the court. Bear in mind that I will use a lot of Dutch commercial law words in the notary since that is what Indonesians use and I can't find the equivalence for many in either English or French (we have a lot of dutch words for myriads kinds of receipts). But I hope this will spur a lot of companies to build their headquarters in Aytos and finally make the city boom.
