General Information

As a result of the passage of the SAPP act, elections will be held during a 48 hour period May 10-11. Five members of a new Provisional Parliament will be elected, and will take over all legislative powers from the existing Aytos Council.

The method for election will be the same as under the previous Aytos constitution: Four seats will be filled according to proportional representation by party, and the fifth seat will go to the individual candidate with the most votes in an instant runoff election.

Instructions to Voters:

Anyone who moved into Aytos on or before April 26th may be considered a Citizen and eligible voter in this election if they take the new Loyalty Pledge.

Instructions to Candidates and Party Leaders:

To declare a personal candidacy for Provisional Parliament, make a post with your name and your party.

To declare a party, make a post with the party's name, the party leader's name, and a list of the Parliament candidates the party supports, ordering them by their rank in the party.

All declarations must be made in this thread by the 10th to be put on the ballot.
