We have almost 20 people living here now, and this number is growing daily. These people deserve representation within their government.

I therefore call for the formation of political parties, and the creation of a five-member Provisional Parliament to be elected according to the rules of our previous Constitution.

I call for this Parliament, once elected, to take over all legislative duties of the Aytos Council, and to appoint a Prime Minister who shall be entrusted with all executive operations of the government, delegating individual Ministries to others as needed.

In the meantime, I propose that the Aytos Council name pavel_the_hitman as a temporary third member, to take the place of Dr_Oracle until the new election.

This is a proposal to the Aytos public. If supported by the public, I will bring this plan before the Council to formalise it as an act of law.
