Da Rulez:

Bid increments only in diamonds, minimum incremental increase of 1d.
The auction closes in 24 hours (12:15pm Tuesday 22nd April GMT 12). Basically when this post is 1 day old.
The auction extends by 6 hours everytime someone bids. This means that the auction closes after the above date and when no one has bid for 6 hours.
Bidding starts at 1 diamond.
After the auction closes, the winner must pay their winning bid to myself or another council member by arrangement.
