One plot is to be sold.
This auction will last 72 hours, or until 24 hours after the most recent bid, whichever is later. The starting bid must be at least 4D per plot. Biss in increments of 0.1D are permitted using Aytos 1/10 Diamond Notes.
The winner gets first choice of any available city-owned private plot. This includes reserved downtown plots adjacent to the sandstone square or sandstone roads, as well as any plot in the north "tree farm" section near the rail station.
The winner must select their plot and pay in full within 72 hours. If a winner fails to comply with these terms they may be ineligible to participate in future auctions.
