Eight plots may be sold.
This auction will last 72 hours, or until 24 hours after the last bid, whichever is later. The starting bid must be at least 15i per plot.
The winner must buy between 4 and 8 plots at the winning price.
Any unowned orange plots from the town plan may be chosen, other than the reserved downtown plots that are adjacent to the sandstone square or sandstone roads. This does not include any of the the newly designated private plots in the north "tree farm" area.
The winner must message me with how many plots they want to buy within 24 hours of winning. The winner must must pay for their plots in full within 72 hours.
If a winner fails to comply with these terms they may be ineligible to participate in future auctions.
