Dear Citizens,

I don't know what we will be in 3.0. Whether we will remain under the CW banner, or become something else.

What does matter is that a few of us: Colin, Apepp, Pericorp, and Sanwi have begun planning for for 3.0 in some capacity.

Nothing is set in stone yet. What is in stone, however, is that we want the best folks on our planning committee before we decide anything of importance. As a result, I'm reaching out to all of you, no matter how large of small you have contributed to our city. You may have settled for a bit, or you may have been a foreign merchant who had been a long term patron of Shopside. You may have fought with us, or collaborated with us on various projects.

We'd love to have you on board with this process.

Right now, we're going to be organizing ourselves using:

  • Slack: for real time chat

  • Trello.com, for project tracking and a public jobs board

  • gitbook.com, for handling documentation

Please DM me your email address if you want to join this process. I will add you to each of these. If anonymity is a concern, please make an email address for civcraft!

Furthermore, tag someone below if you think they should read this thread! (You can only tag 3 people at a time in order for each of them to receive an update that they've been tagged)

I'll be writing a retrospective later in the week. For now, lets start planning for our collective future :)
