I am Aerda_, running for Minister of Settlement and Immigration to help newfriends and other players find their way to the Commonwealth and provide them with the basic materials they need to get started.

One of the main problems that I see happen over and over is that newfriends are dying before they even arrive in Commonwealth or even see another player in chat! I have a few ideas to help newfriends find their way to Commonwealth and start out in the city.

1. I will be building small shelters along the roads to CW that provide basic essentials such as a bed, a cart, boat, food and stone tools. Shelters like these would give directions to the Commonwealth from there.

These shelters would serve as places for newfriends to find some structure in an otherwise frustrating and confusing journey to find a place to call home.

1. With borough lords/ladies permission, I would be building a few chests with food in them for players to grab if they are hungry, so we don't have to replant fields as often.

2. I will also be setting up new shop chests at my plot in Shopside where players can exchange basic items like wood or wheat for iron. With borough lords' permission, I would like to put a few of these shops outside of Shopside in boroughs like Concord or Kokopolis.

3. I will be guiding players around the city and showing them which boroughs have plots if I am online or in the area. Previously this job fell upon me and a couple of other players. Hopefully I can help out more than I have previously in this part of being a citizen in CW.
