Malice was running around CW throwing poison on people, and a few of us (Peter, myself, and 2 others I can't remember) cornered him. He was not in Mumble and he refused to respond to chat. Peter threw a poison potion on him, so I took that as an obvious sign we were attacking, so I hit him twice. After I realized that no one was helping me, I backed off. 30 seconds later, he one-shot me with a fire sword. He was immediately pearled.
Somehow I didn't get all my stuff back, but I got his S5L3 sword and a P2 bow, both nearly broken. By this time he had joined the mumble channel, and I told him I was keeping the sword as reps. He threatened to pearl me, so I left the city.
I don't want a bunch of drama
I request that Anarchomaniac mediate this issue.
