There are many things that require definition in the Commonwealth. Like.. Is The Commonwealth 1) A city? 2) A nation/country? 3) A city-state? 4) An empire? (I'll make a list of them soon)
I do think however that the most pressing issue that the King and his Parliament (once the election is concluded) needs to define is the definition of powers of the King, the House of Lords and the House of Commons.
I am thinking especially of the powers of each of these different arms of the government in the Boroughs because really, from what I understand the Lord of the Borough can make decisions for their respective Boroughs.
My question then is what is the purpose of having MPs when they have no real power in the Boroughs? Or are they going to have powers vested in them for use in the Boroughs? If so, what powers?
If MPs do not have powers in the governance of the Boroughs then is their purpose to represent the citizens of their respective Boroughs at the federal/national parliament and to the king?
PS: Sashimii I will really like to help with writing up some of these documents to set it in stone (reddit stone somewhere).
