Cascadia, for quite a substantial amount of time, was a province of the Third Empire of Columbia. Recently, with the signing of the Treaty of Valyria City, the province of Cascadia was allowed to secede from Columbia and form the new Kingdom of Cascadia. Contained within the agreed terms for the secession of Cascadia, we would both mutually agree to maintain a state of non-aggression indefinitely. The Kingdom of Cascadia has already breached this non-aggression agreement by virtue of attacking the vault of an ally of the Third Empire of Columbia: Nyasaland. It is our duty to our allies, but more importantly to ourselves and to neighborhood security, to enforce the terms of the treaty and bring swift and resolute action against the Kingdom of Cascadia.

For the above reasons, I, Emperor shadedoom of Columbia, along with President Doommad, are requesting that the Citizens' Assembly of Columbia immediately authorize a formal declaration of War against the Kingdom of Cascadia.
