So, given that the area we are building the new capital in is on the border, I suggest we annex the following purple-colored lands into the Third Empire of Columbia: https://imgur.com/a/hAJ4DgX
I suggest this for several reasons: It will push the border back a little further than the capital, giving us the opportunity for defense in depth, it will allow us to build snowbiome farms like a spruce farm within walking distance of the capital, it will allow Sirboss to make a giant lemur art in the mountainside without it being unclaimed land, and there is another small plains biome in the purple area that the city could also expand into.
