The fact that people who don't log on or contribute to Columbia in any meaningful capacity have as much say as active grinders is unacceptable.
This bill piggybacks off of /u/Kaloa_HG's bill establishing a stamina tax.
If this bill takes effect, people who don't pay taxes can neither vote or run for office in the Empire of Columbia.
