Since this issue took place before the current judicial system was enacted, the issue is complex beyond the confines of our legal system, and the Rhodesians likely wouldn't show up to a trial of any sort anyway, I will be making this sentencing request in the form of a Bill to be submitted to the Citizens' Assembly.

SENTENCING FOR THE MEMBERS OF RHODES

All of the following sentencing for the members of Rhodes who committed treason in December of 2018, barring posternoser who has already served time and payed reparations, will be reliant on the following conditions:

• kdeeks will return all of the Columbian groups that he removed shadedoom and lemuractionnews as owners from, including: C-I, C-II, C-III, C-V, C-VI, and C-S.
• The members of Rhodes will dismantle their EXP farms and infrastructure in Rhodes, or provide the necessary permissions for the dismantling of said farms and infrastructure. We in Columbia do not wish to abuse the works of the Rhodesians, simply to have them be a nonfactor moving forward so that we can continue to run our own operations in the future without them being a constant point of tension.
• The members of Rhodes will renounce any claim they have to the territories or titles of Columbia.

If the above conditions are met, the following will be the sentences given to the members of Rhodes, considered actively served from January 15th onward if already pearled:

• kdeeks: Downgraded to exile pearl, 4 months of exile pearl.
• jfkvius: 2 months of exile pearl, a written apology to shadedoom for falsely accusing him of being involved with pedophilia required.
• tpatrick: 1 week of exile pearl.
• gthomas4: 1 month of exile pearl.
• pds0303: 8 months of exile pearl, a written apology to shadedoom for falsely accusing him of being a pedophile/being involved with pedophilia required.

It will be strongly encouraged that tpatrick and gthomas4 turn themselves in to serve their sentences, eliminating the claims we have on them.
