Last summer when it was just Darkflame675 and myself in Latvia, we had previously toyed with the idea of joining Churchill formally. Now, months later, I ask that we finally do this. Our two towns are so close that the line between them is becoming blurred, and with the new proposed joining of the MEC I find myself wanting to be a part of something larger, but, since there are not enough people for representation (as two representatives are required, and we have a population of two) I thought it best to join with churchill.
Conditions: we would join as a "territory", rather than becoming a full part of churchill. Little Latvia is my creation, and although the culture may be very limited, it is a culture I would like to be preserved (keeping our flag, for example).
Also, I would like access for myself and my partner Filetophile to public works that any citizens of Churchill would be afforded. In return, access would be granted to any Churchill citizens who wished to use any of our locked facilities or factories.
In addition, I would like the door to be open for Independence as a Nation if our population were ever to grow. This is unlikely, but still, I hope one day to have more than just one worker. I have more or less given myself the position of Foreman of Little Latvia, and it's a position I would like to keep. Any decisions made concerning LL should go through me first.
One last request: retaining the right to use little Latvia's Farms for private xp production. But take notice that Churchill would still be allowed to use our fields for the city's xp uses if needed.
P.S. Some of you may wonder what exactly we do in LL. We are starting XP production, and unification would mean that Churchill citizens could also use our farms for the city's needs. This is another reason why I would like to unify our two towns, as resources like sand for bottles is tight, and it's hard to get that on our own.
Please remember, these terms are open for discussion, but I feel that I have made myself reasonable, and this shouldn't be too much trouble.
EDIT:I nearly forgot, although I doubt it would've been an issue, Any and all current LL citizens would be allowed to vote on Churchill legislation and elections.
