I have disabled the downvote arrows

Since it seems that we have some trolls in the sub who seem to downvote everything, I have decided to disable the downvotes. While not foolproof, it is at least a minor inconvenience to them.
If anyone is against this, I will revert back. Also remember to report any idiots if you see one of their posts or comments.
