Carson is a city based on cooperation and community. In order to achieve this community, members are encouraged to live together, and share certain resources. Getting a plot in Carson may be easy. It may be difficult as well. All this depends on what you plan to do with your plot.
The first and easiest way to get a plot is be a co-op. Co-ops are given their own plots to accommodate their members. It also gives them a place to carry out business in a safe and semi-private place. Co-ops are encouraged to build large facilities.
The second way is building a facility that will house multiple residents. Carson members are expected to live either in their respective co-op buildings or a residential tower.
The third way to receive a plot is being a well established company seeking a place to call home. An example would be "The Lantern," a well established newspaper on the subreddit moving to Carson from Petrania.
The fourth reason to get a plot is building a public works for the city of Carson. Examples of these include a stadium, a library, etc. Projects must be approved by the FWC first. This option is only open to members of Carson.
While Carson tries to keep its land as select and uniform as possible, we understand that sometimes one might really want a plot for personal use, but not meet any of the qualifications. Buyers must purchase plots for a hefty sum of diamonds, depending on the location and size of the plot. For example, a 16x16 plot in Downtown Carson near the center would cost around 256 diamonds. While this price may seem steep, we use this to make sure that people who receive plots in Carson are ready to commit the time in effort into the plot that we are. Prices are negotiable.
The process to get a plot is simple. If you meet one of these requirements, post a request for a plot on the subreddit. It will be voted on by the FWC, and you will be notified of your acceptance or denial.
