The start of Obsidian Golem

So after we get settled I would like to start on the work of vault room and vault and start opening opertunities for buy storage slots and based off the amount of protection you want, how much it will cost. Maybe in a month or two we could have it set up fairly large, and give storage to small surrounding towns and for cheaper to actual members of Carson. Thoughts?
