Attention Recruits & Citizens - Official Notice Regarding City Farms

This announcement is designed to clear the air about exactly what the protocol is for farming now.

EDIT: Also everyone who is online should always be in Mumble


Citizen Farming Regulations:

  • All citizens are permitted to run the farms for their own personal gain as long as they replant

  • All personal farming done by citizens is subject to a 15% city tax

  • All citizens are always permitted to farm for the benefit of the city (yes that means up to 100% of the harvest)

  • All wheat farmed by citizens (personal or not) cannot be used to make bread (please eat baked potatoes)


Recruit Farming Regulations:

  • All recruits are expected to help with ongoing city projects, part of this is running the farms on behalf of the city

  • Recruits are permitted to run the farms for personal gain as long as they replant

  • All personal farming done by recruits is subject to 50% city tax

  • All wheat farmed by recruits (personal or not) cannot be used to make bread (please eat baked potatoes)

  • All recruits are always permitted (encouraged) to farm for the benefit of the city (yes that means up to 100% of the harvest)
