Hello current and future Carbonites,

We have had quite a busy week and an influx of recruits and I would like to emphasize a few points, but first I would like to welcome KroweFawkes as our newest citizen. KroweFawkes has been quite active in game and mumble as well as helping others in game. Thanks Krowe!

1. There is no way to "buy" citizenship and no set timeframe for a vote. Have some patience, work on projects, join the mumble and contribute ideals to making this a better city for us all.
2. If you come across a wanderer in the area who is interested in settling here, direct them initially to the "blue room" beside the marketplace/portal as well as /r/CivCarbon to read the constitution to ensure they feel they would be a good fit for our society/city. If they are looking for an anarchy/communist city we usually direct them to Chiapas which is located ~900m to our NE.
3. When exploring the map as a recruit you are a direct reflection on Carbon. Please respect other peoples builds and city rules as we would like them to do when visiting us.
