Codification of laws: All Laws legislated by the council and all regulations enacted by a council member shall be codified into one single google document. This document shall be published by an appointed citizen. (Minister of Justice?).It shall be divided into two parts. Criminal, Civil. Examples: zoning regulations, building code.

Interim Ministers: if the council deems that a minister is not fulfilling his or her job either by being inactive or negligent and said minister does not protest for a set time period ( 5 days?), the council may appoint an interim minister until the next election.
