[Proposal] We should be more organized to have an edge over NRP

Post Body

Many have said that Aytos is the most bureaucratic city on CivCraft, and yet it's still somewhat unorganized. Organization and bureaucracy may have their downsides, but the tendency for society to form them in the last 3 millennia should prove the benefits of having them rather than not.

And as such I suggest we organize the party, not just to have a more efficient outlet and research, but also to become a model for Aytos (and hopefully for the other parties so Aytos would have the most mature political system in the server).

So what kind of organization we should have? I suggest making these enhancements to our current state:

  1. Have factions, inside debate should help mature our arguments before they are represented to the parliament, and therefore, the public, and this have the benefit of making the impression that our arguments are well thought-out and seen from all sides. The factions I suggest to have are 3, to keep things balanced and proportional: The socialist, as the leftist, the liberals, and the pragmatists.

  2. We should also have branches or sub-groups with certain key research areas for the purpose of advising all the other members with their specialized knowledge, and this knowledge is especially useful for our office holders. I propose that we have these research groups: economics, military, foreign affairs, and internal affairs. As we have few members and CivCraft doesn't look like it's going to have 300 members being online any time soon, I suggest that one member should take two key interests and publicize them inside this subreddit to facilitate internal discussions within the key interest areas, and also to regularly throw an idea so that we can have active discussions all the time. This way, we should have the ability to anticipate almost any issue the server can bring to us.

So what do you say?
