I've taken it upon myself to modify the Orion criminal code in order to update and change it into something we can use for Aquila. This would be a seperate document from the constitution that would aid in the judicial proceedings when dealing with criminals.

Some key changes made are the addition of a few crimes, Espionage and Prison Breaking, and a threshold that allows for private entities to hold pearls if the crimes become too large and numerous for the court to handle fairly.

According to our constitution, after an amount of people equalling or exceeding 25% of the population sign a bill’s petition post made on the subreddit, the bill is presented to the Executive Council for a vote.

If needed we can modify this and re-propose it, I have just been on a role today with the creative server and this that I just wanted to push it through and see where it goes.
