Citizenship

Aquila wants a balance between being inviting and easy to join, while protecting against civil invasions and having too easily influenced elections.

To achieve citizenship:

1. Must post on /r/CivAquila with some designated format, including your IGN and any other important information.

2. Must own a plot in an open district

3. After 3 weeks from your application post, an EC will review your application and grant citizenship.

Citizen Benefits

1. Can own land in a private district (approval still up to mayors of districts)

2. Access to federal services: farms/factories/bunkers

3. Discounted Aquilan XP

4. Can vote in elections

5. Can propose legislation, petition for legislation
