This post will cover all of the jobs and projects going on in Aurora. I don't know all the details so just post below if you have more jobs and information!

Cleaning SRO

This is by far the most obvious task that needs to be completed. Just grab a pick and hack away. Clear it from the rooftops, streets, and inside buildings. Its not hard. Everyone can do it! We have done an excellent job at clearing it so far but we have to keep pushing forward. If you don't have a diamond pick just ask and someone will be happy to donate one. Praise Be to Acid Blocks.

Bastion the city

The city will be fully bastioned to provide further security against future attacks. Ask /u/FriedrichHayek, /u/Cameleopard, or /u/doymand for how you can help.

Building iceroad to Fellowship

I'm not sure about the status of this project but I do believe that /u/doymand was heading up the project so ask him for more information if you want to help. However, he may still be banned at the moment but should be back very soon.

Demolish Derelict Buildings

Their are not a ton of abandoned buildings but if you see a building that's marked as derelict, don't be afraid to help demolish it. I'd say the majority of the Derelict buildings are in the West and South District. Also if you think a building should be derelict or you want control of the plot just go thorough our official dereliction process in section IX of the charter. Contact /u/OfflineOnline for more info about dereliction as he is our secretary of the interior. He ran an outstanding dereliction campaign while he was chancellor and did a marvelous job at clearing dozens of plots.

Redesign of University Campus

I know that /u/Higgenbottoms has expressed interest in redesigning the university. Ask him for more info.

Redesign of the Roads

The SRO grief has given us the perfect oppurtunity to redeisgn our roads. As many of you have probably noticed, their are huge holes in the road everywhere! Check out this thread to join the discussion I personally think that every district should have their own unique roads.

Building Octagon Vault

/u/doymand our eternal vault master has made his own octagon vault south of the city and I'm sure that he could use some help. Contact him for more info

Cleaning up Kryapolis/Bohr

Both territories are in a state of disrepair. Just cleaning up the areas and patching up buildings should make them look a lot nicer.

Re-plantation of forest between Tel-Aviv and Aurora

Anyone can help plant trees. Just ask me or anyone else for saplings.

Redesign of the West District

This is a project I'd like to especially highlight. The west has always been know as the "ghetto" but we can certainly do a lot to make it better. It was originally meant to house new friends so that why it had some uglier builds. Both /u/nimajneb and /u/ScarredWarlord have done great things for the West. You can contact both of them for what help they need in the redesign. I believe that we could make it a lot nicer by just clearing out some of the buildings and cleaning up the area.

Building Apartments/Converting Old towers to Apartments

Me and /u/nimajneb are currecntly planning to make a large apartement complex on this plot in the north district at 4393, -1687. Aurora currently lacks apartments for new friends, and if we enact new laws requiring new friends to stay in apartments prior to obtaining plots then new apartments will be priority. We have also discussed converting this old abandoned tower by the bay at 4523, -1594 into an apartment building. Utilizing old towers is an excellent solution to the apartment issue.
