My main goals for the North/Bay Area are

1. Demolish old Derelict Plots and give them off to new players. Almost all the buildings in the District are Derelict and need to be demolished. This will allow for new players to get plots and repopulate the district.

2. Finish upgrading the roads to stone since a large portion is still cobble.

To help me with these tasks I've hired my friends who just joined the server Benojo and Dracnea98 to help me demolish buildings so don't be alarmed when you see them destroying buildings. Having them help me will greatly increase the speed in which we demolish buildings and give the plots away to new members.

Hopefully with all this work the north/bay area will be repopulated and become much nicer.
