Hello ladies and gentlemen,

I come before you today as a visionary. I have one grand idea that will revolutionize our society and normalize our beautiful skyline.

The ChiFarley Project

Recently, our society has become infested with poor individuals who are building filthy, unkempt houses all along our beautiful west coast and west district.

I have a plan to retake this area and gentrify it into the beautiful, upper-class district that it was meant to be. I will begin construction on a set of three large apartment complexes, located in the Agora area, that will be stone reinforced stone. This minimalistic design will be cheap for the government to supply en masse. This project will be able to house all of our poor citizens in small, cheap apartments, so we can reclaim their land in the west district and sell it off at premium prices to our wealthy bourgeoisie (pronounced "ber-jiss", if your name is Raz0r).

Once we have relocated all undesirables, we will not be bothered by their poor lifestyles and will not need to help them any further.

This will create a buffer zone between us and the poor people; this buffer zone will be named "Caprini Gora".

After a few months, we can come into Caprini Gora and buy back the land from all individuals at dirt cheap prices. If they refuse, we will derelict the buildings and force them out anyways.

The plan will then be to distribute the poor, uneducated masses into our suburban areas and South Side; thus making our city look humane and productive.
