I think my plan for the city has progressed well. The area near city center is concentrated with new, active builds, and the city's sprawl has not increased.

Moving forward, I'd like to further develop the historical society and perhaps form a destruction crew for official derelict buildings.

One major project that I've been thinking about is breaking up the city's grid system just a bit (in conjunction with the transport councilor, of course). Rather than any major rearrangements, I thought it might be cool to replace the roads between some plots with green spaces to form pseudo city blocks. By maintaining the area between the plots as city-owned, we preserve the defensive advantages of a grid system, but it might look a bit more unique than a grid of roads.

As a more general qualification, I think I'm the type of person you should want on the council. I like to think about the issues that affect our day-to-day use of the city, and I tend to get fairly important bills passed when I see a need.
