Announcing the appointment of BattleBorn_Sarin as Deputy IR Councillor, and our other UMM representative.

I have made this appointment, mainly due to the fact the Sarin has a lot of experience as IR Councillor, and has proved his worth with a wealth of ideas. He will be our other United Minus Minus representative as well!
I have also made this appointment, due to the fact I am going away for a week pretty shortly, and that I need someone else to fill in.
While I am sure this is not official in anyway, it's worth a shot.
