New Idea: Horse Transport System

When I was breeding horses today I freed a lot of them. This gave me an idea to use horses like taxis to travel around the city. We can set up stations that dispense saddles and have horse pens to keep them locked up. Of course, this would need security, but it would be a good mode of transport. Alternatively, we could let the horses roam free and you would just have to find one, ride (maybe dispense saddles earlier) and drop off at your destination.
