What shall my skyscraper be?

In Aeon I have obtained a plot, and I wish to build a skyscraper, and making it look nice. What I would like to know though is what is the best and most well paying thing I can use my skyscraper as?
Residential? Commercial? Multi-Purpose? Other?
On the ground floor though their will be a shop which sells produce from Belle Île aswell so to talents maybe get a bit of tiny amounts if wealth flowing.
