Homecoming Dual Pistols & Sentinel Question

Decided to give Homecoming a try because of the unique Sentinel AT, and I decided to go with Dual Pistol and Invuln. However, I cant seem to find the "ammo change" power that Dual Pistol should have / that its powers reference? Do you get that later as I dont see any power in the list for it either.
Also, what does the fury bar do for a Sentinel? I cannot find any info on what that bar is for? Or is it just a visual thing and actually does nothing?
