C4 radio error AHW.1.25.92.23

My C4 told me there was a mandatory update and the radio was updated to version AHW.1.25.92.23 and lost android auto, reverse camera, cruise control, air conditioner (works like old AC), gps and more.
Searching in the internet I found a couple of people with the same mistake but no one says if it was fixed or how.
Does anyone knows something about this?
Car is already in the dealership but I have zero trust in their ability to fix it.
